Building the Executive Support Leadership Team for a Clean Heat Company

With financing secured and a rapid growth strategy in place, a clean heat company needed to build out its executive leadership team to drive expansion and operational excellence.


We partnered with them to identify and appoint senior executives, supporting hires for Head of Finance, Head of Human Resources, and Head of Operations. These appointments enabled the company to establish strong governance, operational capability, and strategic commercial oversight, forming the foundation for sustainable growth.

Building a Full Support Executive Team for a Startup Renewable Energy Developer

With a rapid expansion plan and only a Board in place, a startup renewable energy developer needed to recruit an entire operational and leadership team.


We supported them throughout the full interview and selection process, working closely with the Founders and Board.
