Building a Full Support Executive Team for a Startup Renewable Energy Developer

With a rapid expansion plan and only a Board in place, a startup renewable energy developer needed to recruit an entire operational and leadership team.


We supported them throughout the full interview and selection process, working closely with the Founders and Board. Key appointments included technical leads as well as executives for Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance. Once the leadership team was in place, we assisted in building out the broader operational and functional teams to support project development, delivery, and commercial activities.
