Building a Corporate ESG Function for a Multinational

A multinational corporation committed to embedding sustainability into its operations needed a senior ESG team to oversee strategy, reporting, and compliance across multiple regions.


We partnered with them to recruit a Head of ESG, a Sustainability Reporting Director, and a Carbon Management Lead, creating a leadership team capable of defining ESG strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and integrating sustainability into core business decisions.


Once the leadership team was in place, we supported the recruitment of sustainability analysts, environmental specialists, and reporting officers to implement ESG programmes, manage carbon accounting, and deliver stakeholder reporting.


Today, the corporation has a fully operational ESG function driving measurable environmental and social impact while aligning with investor expectations and regulatory requirements.
