Building a Leadership Team for a New Data Centre Development

When a global technology company planned to develop a new hyperscale data centre campus in Europe, they needed a senior leadership team to oversee design, construction, and operational readiness.


We partnered with them to recruit a Data Centre Director to lead the overall programme, a Head of Engineering to oversee mechanical, electrical, and civil design, and an Operations Director to manage commissioning and future operational delivery.


Once the leadership team was in place, we supported recruitment of project managers, design engineers, and facility specialists to ensure the data centre could be delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical and sustainability standards. Today, the campus is fully operational, demonstrating how strategic leadership appointments combined with structured team building enables large-scale data centre projects to succeed.
