Here’s how:

This is what many people fail to do when presenting information, they will often say something like 'implemented energy efficient strategies', if they were effective the impact on the business will be measurable. These figures are powerful when put on a CV or talked about during an interview, it grabs the interviewers attention as they can understand the benefit.

The system must recognise your expertise, and applicant tracking systems use keywords to assess if a candidates profile will be shown. To not be ruled out immediately, tailor your CV with words listed in the job specification.
